Pizza!!!

Pizza's yummy
Get your pizza Yum yum yum. Pizza, pizza & more pizza. Beautiful, colourful, delicious pizza. It is more delicious than a cake. It is not just delicious it is also healthy for you as well. Did you know that pizza isn’t just a pizza. It is also full of nutritious stuff as well?  Also pizza is cheap, only $5 for some pizzas. Here's some reasons why you should eat more pizza!


Get pizza because it’s healthy for you because it has things that you want.
It has vegetables in it and vegetables are good for you. Last time I ate pizza it made my tummy full and when I bought McDonald's I was still hungry so that's why I eat pizza. Pizza is good for you if you do not eat too much meat on your pizza. Pizza is really good for you because it has cheese which gives you protein.

You can choose what you want in your pizza. It can be meat or veggies. Pizza is made out grain and the whole thing is bread and bread is good for you. If there is meat in your pizza then choose a good meat like chicken or ham instead of sausage which is bad meat. If there are vegetables like beetroot and carrots it is healthy for you when it is in your pizza. Vegetables give you lots of vitamins to get energy and be strong.
You should like pizza because it is healthier, more yummy, and cheaper than other fast food. Pizza is better than any other food like KFC. Pizza is yummier than eating Mcdonalds and is not cooked in fat like McDonald’s.
Also pizza is cheap, only $5 for some pizzas.




If you ever go out to eat, eat pizza because it is yummy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It is also cheap and healthy. You should eat pizza right now. Eat healthy pizza right now.

Fun eating and drinking nutrition food's

Today we had been make smoothie, salad, crisp, Hawaiian chicken kebab's and Zucchini Parmesan crisp out of fruit's and vegetables. I've been watching Mr T and the other children in the class setting up the Hawaiian chicken kebab's and the fruit's for the smoothie. Mrs Day took some children to Pack n Save to get the stuff that we needed for thing that we needed to make. when I was drinking the smoothie it was so yummy. I have some pictures to show you what we were doing. enjoy...

I have been learning about being healthy. What to do to be healthy is you have to exercise and eat fruit, vegetables and drink water. You have to eat healthy and drink healthy everyday, every night and every morning. Don't eat junk because it is unhealthy and you can become fat. Also don't drink fizzy drink because it has lot of sugar and sugar is bad for your body.
