What does being physically fit mean?
To be physically fit means to be in a state of health and well-being. Physical fitness is defined as the body's ability to function efficiently and effectively in work and leisure activities, to be healthy, to resist disease and to react to emergency situations.
What makes you physically unfit?
Your Diet(eating unhealthy food or not keeping your diet and meal plan in balance) and if the body gets damaged whether its a broken leg, arm or if they either have some illness. Mood swings can/could disturb how you physically function properly and such.
