Spencer Park Day

Last Friday, we had to go to our field trip at Spencer Park. We were going to stay there from 3 pm. We were going there for some experience. It was a sunny day and in the morning we got numbers in our hands from our teacher Miss Millard, then the bell rang so we had to sit on the basketball court in a line with our bags and hats on our head, then the bus arrived so our teacher Mr Scott told us and asked us about the rules when we go there.

My mum went with me as a parent helper, but in she went in the different car, then we stood up and walked to the bus then got on it then went to Spencer park, I enjoyed riding in the bus because I saw lots of things and then I was bored so I readed my story book called (Geronimo Stilton).

As we we reached to the Spencer park, we got off the bus and all of us went near the tree then the teacher told us to make a line and Miss Millard made the children into five groups. Then we went to the spencer beach. Once we reached at the Spencer beach, it was so lovely and beautiful and it was exciting.

I was having so much fun there, my friends and me found so many shells so we hid it somewhere that no one can find it then we covered it with sand, then I went to my mum and asked for a piece of fruit. After spending my time there for 20 minutes we came back to the park and had our break.

I ate some fruits and snacks then we went to play in the playing area and there were flying fox, monkey bars, spider webs, slides and swings. I went on the monkey bars first and I was keep failing so I went on the flying fox. I was good at it but I couldn’t sit on it so I went on the slide then on the spider web, I was playing tag on the spider web with my friends, it was fun playing tag.

After playing we went to Aldrien forest and walked for 20 minutes. For the 20 minutes we were looking for the bird hideout then we went further and then our teacher Miss Millard asked us that what can you see and I saw mountains, tall trees,birds and swamps. When we went a bit further there were big yellow grasses and it looked just like Africa.

We went far and we went past the bird hideout so we had to go back, but first we sat down for a while then we all drank water then we stood up then walked back then we made it so we went up stairs then beside us said that what birds can you see and there were some birds drinking water and some birds hiding in the bushes. So we went back down then back to the park.

Once we reached there, we all sat down under a tree then had lunch, I had hot dog for lunch and it was good and delicious. After finishing our lunch we went to play and I played the same things again then the teacher called us and we sat down on the green grass and  he told us about the rules when we play because there was an another school.

So once he told us the rules, he gave us another 20 minutes to play on the play area, and I went to play in the same things again then the bus came then it was time to go but first the teacher told us that we can have fruit so I picked up an apple, ate it, sat on the bus, then went back to school. I had lots of fun, I was happy and it was an awesome adventure.

My Learning Goals 2017

For the past week we had a parent meeting about our goals.My mum came to my meeting and she was happy about it.  I am happy to share my learning goal with you and I hope you like it.

Story about Ruin

This week we watched a video about Ruin and we had to write it into a story. I wrote a story about Ruin and I am happy to share my writing with you. I hope you like it.

Ruin

Once upon a time there was an old dumped city with lots of trees and prickly bushes. I heard birds making noises and creepy bugs too. I was the only one left  and I was on a mission spending my time looking for clues in the tower buildings. I went in one building called heaven nanosystems that had lots of things left in there, but broken.

One box was lying on the dusty and bushy floor, so I pushed it down from the window because that was the only way to open the metal box, then boom. It made a big noise like a volcano blast when I dropped it from the 87th floor to the ground. No one heard me from the empty buildings, so I went down to the box and it was still sealed.

I went close to it then kicked it so hard that it opened, there was stuff in there so I picked one glass that was shaped like a iphone. So I tried to turn it on with my blue electric power. Then suddenly I saw information about me and it said facility b, then I knew someone was on it too and hacked me and found information where I was, where abouts and how far from them to me, after that when I knew someone hacked me I heard a noise that sounded familiar.

The noise got louder and louder. I started running then the trees started shaking and the leaves started blowing in the cold air and out popped a gyrocopter. It started  to follow me so I ran as fast as I could, the gyrocopter made an alarm noise so I ran faster, then I reached my motorbike, started it, then raced to the tunnels.

The gyrocopter went so fast that I quickly took a short cut, after that the gyrocopter made a quick turn too. Then it ran out of gas, and it sent two weird missiles that could shoot lasers. Then it made a gunshot noise and it was getting close to me. I picked up one boom and threw it at them but I missed because of their speed, so I picked up another one and this time I threw it in a car but it blasted so quickly that the car nearly hit the weird missiles.

Then there was a sign which said that the tunnel is not too far so I sped my motorcycle faster then I saw it, then we went in it then the missiles turned on their lights on and one turned on the square shape light then it opened something at the front like a camera. Then the purple light turned on then it got brighter then it shot laser on me but their missed me.

Then I saw the light of the tunnel which means that I am about to exit the tunnel shortly so I picked up my last boom then the missiles swapped places then it was the other missiles turn so I turned on my boom and the purple light turned on again in front of the missile then I quickly stitched the boom on the roof then I was out of the tunnel.

Then the two booms got closer to the boom then….Boom, the boom blasted and the two missiles broke down  into pieces. I stopped then looked back at the missiles and their were completely deed so was about to go, but when I was I looked up and saw the gyrocopter in front of me. After that it started shooting  me that I nearly got an heart attack, I raced to the broken bridge, then I went pass it then it made a quick turn then started shooting again and it was catching up then I slowed down the it made another quick turn.

Then I went fast again then took out my sword and made it glow in blue then it started shooting again so I went faster than I was on the broken bridge then I jumped out of my motorbike then I flew in the breezing air then landed on the gyrocopter and thrust my sword through the gyrocopter then it crashed boom….I stood up and saw that I survived and the gyrocopter lying on the bushy ground. I made a happy face so I picked up my sword and put it on my back then I picked up the glass device then walked away looking for more information, and I hope that there is no more gyrocopters and those weird missiles in the world, again…..

Being at the Right Place at Right Times

Last week Mr Maddren talked to us about being in the right place at the right times. This is being Cybersmart. We then had to create a DLO to show our new learning.

It can also teach others how to be safe online.

It is important to make good decisions when working online making sure your on the correct website, so you can be safe. 

I like working with Mr Maddren because we get to learn more about it and more about our devices as well. It makes me safe on chrome book's and it makes me happy. 

Dear future Me

Dear future Me,

By the time you read this many years will have passed.  In fact you will be turning 24 years old.  This is a little reminder of what your goals, dreams and aspirations were as a 10 year old.

Is your goal is to be a farmer?. You wanted to grow vegetables on a farm with your brothers, sisters and cousins. I hope you have. You might grow vegetables and sell them, and get money from the manager of the Pak n Save or other vegetables shop managers that want them.

Use the money for going to Fiji and buy a big house that has a garden and parts of the car in the bulks. You want a yard that's big so your children can play with their toys or bikes. Or play in their own sandpit.

I’d like to buy fireworks for diwali celebration for my family to play with that are suitable for them and after that I would like to ask a construction man that to make a house for my brothers and sisters so that they can live there so my house could be quite and my life.
