New Kahui

This week we moved into our amazing new learning spaces, on Monday we had finally moved into our new classrooms and the buildings were not completely finished yet because its a work in progress. In the morning we went to the auditorium to have a big meeting and sort out where we are going and who is going on the trip to Orana Park, we went to Orana Park the day after that but that's not what I am going to talk about. After the meeting in the auditorium, we walked to our new classrooms to have a good look at it.

My class which is Ts was shocked and surprised on how big it was and the spaces we had, but we weren't the only class in the new Kahui, with us was another class Sh which we had to share the space with & work with. It will be hard for us to work with but we can improve it slowly and work together like one big class. There were three buildings/Kahui, each building has there own name, the first one is Mohua, Riroriro & Tieke.

The block we were in was Tieke and each name represents a bird, when I walked into our new buildings I saw big spaces to work in, new furniture like TVs and etc. In our building are different classes, there are Japanese rooms and other subject classes. We were all shown the different classes and we liked it because of how much rooms there were. I thought that the new buildings will be great, but it was even better than I expected it to look like.

I felt like I was working in a university or something similar, it felt like a fresh new start because it was a modern building like any other schools. I am so far enjoying it.
